This machiya is attached with a textile studio, and you will hear and see the real Kyoto craftsmanship while you are staying with us.
On its first floor, there are wooden made floor and tatami mats living room. This house features two spacious bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a large Japanese cedar bathtub. The interesting feature of this house is that you can look through the studio from the window on second floor like a museum.
*The studio starts working around 8:30AM, please understand that the loom sounds could be heard inside.
