









One of the twin machiya, the Oku Tamaya-Cho is a cozy house at the end of a stone-oaved alley.
Oku Tamaya-Cho is located at the end of stone-paved alley that people have been using since the beginning of Edo period. Living room with beautiful garden, great beams support ceiling, and artistic lights are all welcoming you.
On its first floor, there are wooden made floor and tatami mats living room. This house features two spacious bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a large Japanese cedar bathtub. The interesting feature of this house is that you can look through the studio from the window on second floor like a museum.
*The studio starts working around 8:30AM, please understand that the loom sounds could be heard inside.
