The Urabandai Ski Area is located in the Tohoku Region (East North of Japan), approximately 260km north of Tokyo, Grandeco Ski Resort belongs to the Bandai-Asahi National Park (includes Mt. Bandai. One of the most famous volcanoes in Japan) which is an all-season resort area. Lake Inawashiro (4th largest lake in Japan) and many other smaller lakes make the Bandai area ideal for fun activities. Grandeco Ski Resort is the highest quality winter resort in the area. It has one gondola lift and four quad lifts all equipped with hoods which will take you up from 1,010 meters to 1,590 meters. Snow conditions are excellent and you can enjoy ski and snowboard until beginning of May.
