Booking Conditions

Please read these booking conditions carefully as they represent the basis agreement between Japan World Plan and yourself for this booking.

Booking Your Holiday

Require $200 deposit per person when you make a booking. All deposits are non-refundable even if you decide to cancel. The full amount payable if booking is made within 60 days of departure.

Cancellation

If the booking is cancelled outside 60 days of departure, a minimum $200 deposit will apply plus any charges applied by suppliers. If the booking is cancelled between 60 days and 46 days of departure, 30% cancellation fee will apply. If the booking is cancelled between 45 days and 31 days of departure, 50% cancellation fee will apply. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of departure, 100% cancellation fee will apply. Addition of $100 will be charged as a refund handling fee.

Should you or a member of your party with to cancel your booking or any part of your booking, you must advise AWL PITT TRAVEL in writing by email info@japanpackage.com.au. The cancellation will not proceed until we have responded your email .Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

Refund payments will be credited back to the payee by cheque or direct deposit to your bank account. Credit card surcharge is non-refundable.

Amendment and Re-booking Fee

After deposit and booking has been confirmed, amendment or re-booking fees of A$50.00 per transaction per amendment shall apply. In addition airlines,Tours and Hotels may also charge for a penalty fee. If re-booking may apply new taxes and new rate.

Insurance

We are insist that all travellers to take out travel insurance. You should ensure that the travel insurance you purchase covers the costs incurred if you cancel, and the cost of assistance, including repatriation, in the event of an accident or illness while you are abroad, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.

Visa

Please ensure that you are fully aware of all passport and visa requirements for your destination and that you allow adequate time to obtain them. Many countries require that your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond the actual departure from the country.

3.5% surcharge is applied and payable to "info@japanpackage.com.au"

•  Personal, Company & Bank Cheque and Money Order :

Payable to "AWL Pitt Australia Pty Ltd"

*please be aware when paying with personal or company cheque that some tickets will not be issued until funds have been cleared.
